Online plaćanje na sajtu AURELIUM omogućava vam da transfer platite karticom brzo i bezbedno, preko zaštićene stranice banke.

Online plaćanje — uputstvo za kupce

Plaćanje karticom se vrši preko sigurnog sistema banke. AURELIUM ne vidi, ne čuva i ne obrađuje podatke sa vaše platne kartice.

Šta možete platiti online?

Online možete platiti potvrđenu ili poslatu rezervaciju transfera za izabranu relaciju.

Koje kartice se koriste?

Plaćanje se vrši platnim karticama koje podržava banka i kartična organizacija na stranici za online plaćanje.

Kako izgleda proces plaćanja?

Popunite formu za rezervaciju na sajtu AURELIUM.

Izaberite relaciju, datum i vreme transfera, broj putnika i broj prtljaga.

Unesite tačnu adresu preuzimanja putnika, kontakt podatke i broj leta ako je relevantno.

Kao način plaćanja izaberite Online plaćanje karticom.

Nakon slanja zahteva kliknite na dugme Nastavi na online plaćanje.

Bićete preusmereni na sigurnu stranicu banke za unos podataka kartice.

Po završetku plaćanja bićete vraćeni na AURELIUM sajt, gde ćete videti status transakcije.

Bezbednost plaćanja

Podatke kartice unosite isključivo na sigurnoj stranici banke.
AURELIUM ne čuva broj kartice, CVV kod niti druge osetljive podatke kartice.
Transakcija se obrađuje preko zaštićenog bankarskog sistema.
Nakon plaćanja dobijate informaciju da li je transakcija uspešna.

Potvrda plaćanja i rezervacije

Nakon uspešnog plaćanja, na sajtu će biti prikazana potvrda transakcije. Potvrdu možete dobiti i putem e-maila, ukoliko ste uneli ispravnu e-mail adresu prilikom rezervacije.

Slanje zahteva za transfer ne znači automatsku potvrdu svih detalja vožnje. AURELIUM tim može dodatno potvrditi termin, lokaciju i ostale detalje putem telefona, e-maila ili WhatsApp poruke.

Šta ako plaćanje nije završeno?

Ako plaćanje nije završeno, transakcija može biti odbijena, prekinuta ili otkazana. U tom slučaju možete pokušati ponovo ili izabrati plaćanje u vozilu.

Proverite da li su podaci kartice ispravno uneti.
Proverite da li kartica podržava online plaćanje.
Proverite da li imate dovoljno sredstava na kartici.
Ako se problem ponavlja, kontaktirajte svoju banku ili AURELIUM podršku.

Online Payment — Customer Instructions

Card payments are processed through a secure bank payment page. AURELIUM does not see, store or process your card details.

What can I pay online?

You can pay online for a transfer request or confirmed transfer for the selected route.

Which cards are accepted?

Payment is made with payment cards supported by the bank and card organization on the secure online payment page.

How does the payment process work?

Fill in the booking form on the AURELIUM website.

Choose the route, transfer date and time, number of passengers and luggage.

Enter the exact passenger pickup address, contact details and flight number if relevant.

Select Online card payment as the payment method.

After submitting the request, click Continue to online payment.

You will be redirected to the secure bank payment page to enter your card details.

After payment, you will be redirected back to the AURELIUM website, where the payment status will be displayed.

Payment security

Card details are entered only on the secure bank payment page.
AURELIUM does not store your card number, CVV code or other sensitive card data.
The transaction is processed through a secure banking system.
After payment, you will see whether the transaction was successful.

Payment and booking confirmation

After a successful payment, a transaction confirmation will be displayed on the website. You may also receive a confirmation by e-mail, provided that you entered a valid e-mail address during the booking process.

Sending a transfer request does not automatically confirm all ride details. The AURELIUM team may additionally confirm the time, pickup location and other details by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp message.

What if the payment is not completed?

If the payment is not completed, the transaction may have been declined, interrupted or cancelled. You can try again or choose payment in the vehicle.

Check that the card details were entered correctly.
Check whether your card supports online payments.
Check whether there are sufficient funds on the card.
If the issue continues, contact your bank or AURELIUM support.
